What was asked
Tessenderlo Kerley wanted its leadership team to speak to employees across three countries at the same time, without flying anyone in. The conversation had to feel like a discussion rather than a broadcast: five people around a table, talking to each other and not reading from a script.
How we built it
We set the studio in Zaventem for a round-table format, with four cameras covering the full table, each speaker individually, and a wide shot for cutaways. Every seat had its own microphone, mixed live so the stream never dropped a word when two people spoke at once.
The stream ran to the company intranet over our own connection with a backup line, so it never depended on the building. Employees could submit questions from their desks throughout, and the moderator picked them up in the last fifteen minutes.
What it produced
The full recording was available for replay within the hour. By the same afternoon we had delivered six short clips, one per topic, for the internal channels and LinkedIn. The recording is still used in onboarding.
